Just got off the phone to Warner Music Australia, the single "Hands Clean" should be out 28th of January and the album "Under Rug Swept" is released 28th of February. The single is already being played on 96FM in Perth.

There are 27 new tracks but only 12 will make it on the album. The rest might be released as b-sides as we saw happening with the last albums.

*Update* just got off the phone with Warner Music Australia and they said the new album will be released in Australia before Christmas, no definite date yet.

And another apparent delay in the album release, rumours have it now that it will be released in november, with a november 6th release date for Canada and 13th for the US. Please keep in mind that these dates are not confirmed so don't get overexcited about it :) I will give Warner Music Australia a ring on monday to see if they know anything about the Australian release date.

In the meantime there is a new article in the "Articles" section which has been kindly submitted by the author. It's about the music label system and Alanis' opinion on the whole system.

Last month's news and updates have been moved here. Today I added two new poems in the Poem Corner and a new fan to the Fan Section.

My family for their support, without them I wouldn't be here in Australia, my friends here and back home.
